Convert Photo to Anime

Upload a real photo and instantly see yourself or your friends in anime style. Perfect for portraits, gifts, or turning memories into art. It is also phenemonal for creating backdrops for any scenes with characters.

Access the feature by toggling the left-hand menu.

1. Upload your photo (portrait or full-body).

1. Choose your anime style: Slice of Life, Josei, Cyberpunk, etc.

2. Select “Convert.”

3. Choose the best photo from library. It generates as two versions based off of lighting, and color contrasts.

1. Let's build a background too. Select an image of a location your character will be in. Let's try the iconic London Eye skyline.

1. Go through the same process in selection of preferences.

1. Select which image from the library to choose to make as a background in a "Reference Photo" in the image creation process.

1. Once you have clicked "Use in new image" button, it will take you to the "Create" page, with the background scene already loaded.

1. Now just create a prompt that includes the character doing what you want with the perfect background image.

Tip: Use well-lit, front-facing photos for best facial accuracy. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images. The higher resolution the image, the better.
